Registration Fee Conditions
All payments must be received in Singapore Dollars. Admin fees for credit card payment processing, bank charge as well as any prevailing tax (if applicable) will be applied. Paid Fee of full delegate category includes one complimentary ticket for conference banquet. An additional banquet ticket can be purchased at the cost of S$200, while supplies last. A student proof is required to provide for registration, expiration date or expected graduation date should be later than the conference end date. Banquet ticket is NOT included for Student Registration. Each paid registration fee covers one paper/presentation only and including: √ Program book √ Access to all technical sessions and Exhibit Hall √ Coffee breaks and buffet lunches.
Important Notes to Authors/Presenters
Authors must register and pay by 31 May 2026 to have their Abstracts included in the conference program and any publications produced for distribution at the conference. If circumstances prevent you from completing your registration and payment by 31 May 2026, you may request written permission from the Symposium Chair concerned to extend the payment deadline or be allowed to make payment onsite. Do note, however, that different registration rates will apply when you make the request and not every request can be acceded.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ThinFIlms2026 Conference Secretariat’s address by 12 June 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less an SGD 250.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after 12 June 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of registration fee to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. All transfers are to be done by 12 June 2026. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
